Cancelation Policy

We understand emergencies do come up, however in most circumstances we require and enforce a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling, to avoid being charged for your appointment. Your Traditional Chinese Medicine Physician (Acupuncturist), Gazania, L.Ac wants to be available for your needs and the needs of all our patients. When a patient does not show up for a scheduled appointment, another patient loses an opportunity to be seen. ​ We will enforce a policy of charging for no show appointments, and those appointments not cancelled within 24 hours. There will be a $25 assessed the first time we do not receive a call within 24 hours to cancel an appointment. Additional last minute cancellations will be assessed a fee of $40. A no show will be charged full price. The cancellation fee will be waived if the appointment is cancelled and rescheduled for the same day if time is available . Thank you for being a valued patient and for your understanding and cooperation as we institute this policy. This policy will enable us to open otherwise unused appointments to better serve the needs of all patients.
