Gazania McCoy-Washington, MSTCM, L.Ac

Gazania is the founder and owner of Naturally Gazania Acupuncture and Wellness Center and a proud Oakland, CA Native. She is a California Board Licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist. She holds a Master's Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Academy of Chinese Culture and Health Sciences. Currently she is pursuing a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Integrative Medicne. Her clinical focus is treating women’s health, pain management, diabetes support, and stress.
Gazania is certified to teach diabetes education classes from the Association of Diabetes Care and Education Specialist and Scripps Diabetes Institute Project Dolce. For 2 years She taught and navigated patients with diabetes in Oakland, Ca at a local community Health Center.
Throughout her Masters clinical training, she had the wonderful opportunity to work with people of various backgrounds and physical conditions including: carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow, low back issues, menstrual complications, knee injuries, stress, anxiety, insomnia, digestive disorders, emotional imbalances, high blood pressure and fertility.
Gazania McCoy-Washington started Naturally Gazania Acupuncture & Wellness Center with a vision to help promote wellness and provide quality holistic integrative medicine via the use of Acupuncture, Chinese herbs, nutrition/ Wholefood supplements, and movement in her community. In her practice she understands healing to be a collaboration between patient and practitioner. Together she can use this amazing medicine as a catalyst for your health and harmony. She is passionate about motivating, educating, and helping her patients to become more empowered. During her free time, she loves dancing, traveling, spending time with her family, relaxing by the beach, and reading self-help books.
